Job Title: Ad Ops Campaign Manager

Your role:

As an Ad Ops Campaign Manager, you will be at the forefront of executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns primarily utilizing Google Ad Manager (GAM) across owned and operated websites, YouTube channels, and social channels. Your role will involve coordinating with cross functional teams, leveraging your expertise in digital ad operations, and utilizing Order Management Systems (OMS) such as Boostr, Operative, or Salesforce to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising campaign management, a deep understanding of Google Ad Manager, familiarity with OMS platforms, reporting analytics, and campaign optimization.

Here you'll get to:

Campaign Setup and Implementation:
• Execute digital advertising campaigns primarily through Google Ad Manager, ensuring accurate setup of ad placements, targeting criteria, and tracking parameters.
• Collaborate with sales, creative, and ad tech teams to translate client objectives into actionable campaign strategies.
• Utilize Order Management Systems (OMS) and Ad Servers to manage campaign inventory, flight dates, and creative assets effectively.
Optimization and Performance Management:
• Monitor campaign performance metrics within Google Ad Manager, such as impression delivery, CTR, and viewability.
• Analyze data from Google Ad Manager to identify optimization opportunities and improve campaign performance.
• Implement optimization strategies, including audience targeting adjustments, creative rotations, and bid optimizations.

Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate comprehensive reports using Google Ad Manager and third party ad servers to provide insights on campaign performance and KPIs.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to develop custom dashboards and reporting templates to meet client needs.
• Communicate performance trends, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.

Client Communication and Relationship Management:
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding campaign execution, performance updates, and optimization strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business goals and providing strategic guidance and support.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Experience dealing with International 3rd party ad sellers.

Ad Tech Integration and Innovation:
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new features within Google Ad Manager and other ad tech platforms.
• Evaluate and recommend new ad tech solutions and integrations to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the ad tech team to implement new features, troubleshoot technical issues, and streamline processes.

About you:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising campaign management, with a focus on Google Ad Manager.
• Experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS) such as Boostr, Operative, or Salesforce.
• Experience working with third party ad servers such as DCM, Sizmek, Flashtalking, Innovid
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective October 1st, this position will require being in the office 4 days a week. We believe that an in-office presence is critical for talent development, collaboration and building strong relationships.

Salary Range
$65,000 to $80,000 Annually

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
