The purpose of the role is to coordinate the warehouse, order management and stockroom activities to support all retail and commercial functions of The Warner Bros. Studio Tour, London.
Working pattern
• Off peak shifts 07.00 – 16.00, additional flexibility required for peak season
• 2 in every 3 weekends off
• No night work required

The Daily
• Delivering induction and training (including specific systems training) in all relevant warehouse/stockroom functions
• Maintaining correct stock levels in all retail storage and sales areas.
• Assist retail team in preparing and maintaining the way we present goods to our visitors.
• Distribute merchandise from main warehouse to retail areas around the attraction.
• Maintain relevant paperwork, storage records and standards for accurate accounting of incoming deliveries.
• Using SAP and Counterpoint, support the processing of purchase orders in accordance with Warner Bros. policy.
The Essentials
• Basic IT skills.
• Full UK clean driving license.
• Forklift, Reach truck and order picker certificates.
• Experience within a warehouse role in a retail environment (or a tourism, leisure or heritage industry attraction).
The Nice-to-haves
• Previous experience of SAP (or equivalent)

Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter is the only place in the world to showcase the authentic sets, props and behind-the-scenes secrets of the Harry Potter films at the location where they were made. It has attracted over 14 million visitors since opening in 2012, features retail stores with merchandise celebrating the Harry Potter film series and has received over 40,000 reviews on TripAdvisor with 96% rating the experience as 'excellent' or 'very good'.
Since launching, additions to the Tour include Platform 9 ¾ featuring the original Hogwarts Express, the Forbidden Forest and Gringotts Wizarding Bank. In December 2018, WBSL acquired the Platform 9 ¾ group which sells Wizarding World merchandise, souvenirs, and collectibles.
Warner Bros. Studio Tour London is part of the Warner Bros. Worldwide Tours and Retail Group which includes the new flagship store, Harry Potter New York, Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood and Harry Potter on Location London. Harry Potter On Location London encompasses the Platform 9 ¾ shops at Kings Cross station and Heathrow Airport and the Harry Potter Photographic Exhibition. The Photographic Exhibition can be found in the heart of Covent Garden and as is the only place visitors can enjoy a drink in London's only bottled Butterbeer bar.
