Job Description
This position serves as intelligence support to build up strategies and decision making. Is responsible for assisting that Manager in activities such as forecast, budget, and analysis quantification of negotiations for Latin America. This position will support HBO Max LATAM Partnership team with expertise and quantitative background, to accomplish business requirements and goals.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

Forecast 15%

Monthly update and feedback revenue by following contract, macroeconomic (inflation/fx) and subscribers changes. This activity has a direct impact in the company revenue flow as it impacts decision making for achieving company's goals and budget.

Budget 5%

Annually Strategic Planning works on Latin America Budget, by analysing the projections of every customer, based on its contract and subscribers' trend. This activity provides the company a long-term view on revenue for future decisions.

Strategic Planning Area - Partnership Support 20%

As part of Partnership team, Strategic Planning supports the team with quantitative analysis of commercial agreements, projecting scenarios that helps them build strategies for business growth. Be an active part in the process providing complete information to create Partnership models and support decision making over negotiations.

Strategic Planning Area – IAP Support 10%

As part of IAP team, Strategic Planning supports the team with quantitative analysis of commercial agreements, projecting scenarios that helps them build strategies for business growth. Be an active part in the process providing complete information to create Partnership models and support decision making over negotiations.

Negotiations Expertise 30%

Take part in negotiations (Rappi / Mastercard / Itau; etc.), by analysing strategic information that take HBOMax to a better position. This responsibility is important because as an expertise position it provides numerical background when negotiating and justifies our business offer.

HBOMax Daily Reports 20%

Update reports such as Tracker, Daily Activations, Airtable Dashboard, Looker.

Essential
• Broad knowledge and experience in Strategic Planning and Negotiations
• General knowledge of Latin America Customers: revenue and subs
• Broad knowledge and experience in customers contracts and clauses
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Above average skills in Excel and Office
• General knowledge of Digital Entertainment
• Degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
• Years of experience: 2+
