Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks a Sr. Program Manager for the Tech Strategy & Program Ops: Program Ops department.

WarnerMedia Technology and Operations is seeking a skilled & energetic Sr. Program Manager to centrally manage the technology workstream deliverables for its business transformation initiatives in the role of Business Transition Sr. Program Manager. As part of Monetization & Workplace Technology, you will run end-to-end business transitions and integration projects. Will be responsible for managing, tracking and reporting of all WM technology workstream milestone plans as well as executive reporting, onboarding and off boarding of workstream projects and project mgt resources and the project and program governance requirements.

The Daily 1. Due Diligence and Integration/Transformation Management
• Manage technology discovery and gap analysis to Warner Bros. standards
• Align with Finance, HR/Payroll, IT, Workplace Solutions, Info Security, Privacy and other parallel workstreams to determine dependencies and overlap
• Conduct future state process modeling for acquired entities, including building out of workplan to successfully integrate across all in scope functions
• Facilitate discussions and decision making around in scope integration activities to meet required business timelines
• Perform org support model assessment across technology platforms and infrastructure for current and future state
• Coordinate all aspects of the program including development and delivery of run –state operating processes and Technology organizational changes
• Oversee discovery, provide leadership, alignment, coordination, risk mitigation, and facilitate decision making across functions
• Facilitate technology operating model discussions/alignment
• Facilitate WB Technology org impact analysis
• Develop and manage the end-to-end project plan
• Program financial management aligned with WM & WB financial practices
• Assist with development of cost estimates and capturing underlying assumptions
• Project manage relatively small but cross-departmental team activities
• Ensure team readiness state to execute on technology delivery activities

2. Maintain and enhance business transition program artifacts and practices
• Playbooks, diligence questionnaires, technology inventories
• Roll up status and financial reporting
• Lessons learned and best practices
• Periodically review and realign operating practices and processes

The Essentials
• 5+ years related experience.
• Technology Project and Program management for large scale initiatives or within a PMO
• Business and technology integration experience
• Mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures experience
• Business case development
• Project and change management
• Prior experience in large scale, cross-discipline, technology program management in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures and or service operations and business unit transitions is required.
• C-Level executive presentation experience
• Financial management in technology programs
• Executive stakeholder management
• Experience in the entertainment industry
• Performed similar functions in large, complex, M&A programs
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• PMI or equivalent professional certificate preferred
• Technology Management and or Finance related degree or certifications a bonus
• M&A or similar business and technology transformation certifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Projects and office products a requirement
• Strong project management, project finance, and analytical skills
• Ability to balance multiple concurrent activities across cross-functional workstreams and work within the constructs of a broader multi-phased program
• Experience in the entertainment industry, preferably across ideation, production, and delivery workflows is preferred
