The Job

The WarnerMedia Service Management Team is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the WarnerMedia ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for helping define the product strategy and roadmap for the platform, including core ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM processes/products, we well as integration with other service management and operational tools.

You are an effective cross-functional team leader who can drive successful implementation of software features and continually improve upon key performance indicators. You have strong product sense and solid understanding of service management processes and related software technology. You are also an experienced problem-solver and are comfortable influencing without authority.

The Sr Product Manager's responsibility is to work across the entire product development life cycle to drive the vision and delivery of new products and features to meet new business needs and operational efficiency goals. This involves conducting internal analyses, stakeholder needs assessment, customer requirements gathering, defining product specifications, and partnering with platform development to bring project demands and enhancement ideas to life. To conduct this role successfully, the Sr Product Manager must engage stakeholders in all areas of the organization.

The Daily
• Work across the entire product development lifecycle to drive the delivery of new products and features to meet ever-changing business demands and targets.
• Continually engage key business partners to drive strategic recommendations and inform the product roadmap.
• Organize, manage, and prioritize the WarnerMedia ServiceNow product/project backlogs.
• Define business requirements, goals, and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with platform development on functional requirements and delivery.
• Onboard and facilitate initial discovery for new projects.
• Bring new features to market by leading successful projects throughout the entire PDLC.
• Lead product design efforts related to integrations between ServiceNow and other software solutions as required by the business.
• Establish time schedules with key stakeholders.
• Facilitate the customer's understanding of the solution design and implementation life cycle and manage expectations accordingly.
• Communicate status, issues, and risks to product/project stakeholders.
• Champion best practices and influencing departmental changes and enhancements to processes.

The Essentials
• 5+ years of applied Service Management and ServiceNow experience with a focus on translating process requirements into sustainable technology solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of successful software product management.
• Deep understanding of business strategy and metrics.
• Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically.
• Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude.
• Passion for solving customer problems.
• Highly developed organizational, planning, and analytical capabilities with tactical execution.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and strong communication skills; written and oral.
• Formal and informal presentation skills in small and large group settings.
• Self-starter, accountable and empowered.
