The Job

Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks a Sr Product Manager for the Enterprise Tech Solutions_CDX1 Code department.

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Privacy Engineering team.
Our team builds, ships and maintains global WarnerMedia privacy solutions including consumer-friendly privacy centers, compliance management suite, corresponding orchestration and integration services, APIs, reporting services, and integration w/3rd party ID verification services.
Our product owners are passionate about creating privacy products that are customer-friendly and compliant with regulatory requirements. We operate within an agile framework and we drive toward rigid compliance deadlines. Our product owners can flex and reprioritize to meet business priorities while maintaining good customer experiences.

This Product Owner role will be dedicated to managing our operations and brand support including enhancements to privacy products in service: ROPA, PIA, DPIA, and Privacy Portals. The Product Owner is responsible for enhancements intake, first-level support, runbook maintenance and updates, and privacy tool user administration.

In addition, the Product Owner will:
• Understand the privacy tech stack and interact with the development team to lead the strategy for the product.
• Laison with the brands and Privacy Legal
• Collect business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Identify & develop strategies to meet stakeholders needs, work with the necessary departments to implement solutions, and monitor progress.

The Daily
• Provide product vision and define the product roadmap for their portfolio
• Develop scope, define & refine backlog items (epic/features/user stories)
• Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
• Draft key objectives and results, strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions.
• Prioritize stories & epics to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
• Populate the backlog to enable quarterly planning and sprint commitments.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies & resolve impediments.
• Act the primary contact for queries related to products in their portfolio.
• Meet with stakeholders & translate stakeholder feedback to actionable requirements for stories.

The Essentials
• Minimum 2 years of Agile Product Owner experience (or equivalent experience) and 2 years of Business Analyst experience
• Excellent documentation & wireframe skills
• Passion for efficiency in operations
• Committed to servicing brands needs for implementation of privacy tech solutions.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Agile Mindset
• Proficiency in tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack

The Nice to Have
• 2 years of Agile Product Owner experience utilizing Scrum, Kanban or SAFe framework
• OneTrust Certification(s)
• CIPM, CIPT or other IAPP certification
