OVERVIEW

The Monetization & Portfolio Management (MPM) team within WarnerMedia Technology & Operations (WMTO) is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst that will lead and support multiple initiatives with our Global Brands & Experience (GBE) and WB Games business partners. The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible closely collaborating on the integration of new technologies and workflows as they are designed, developed, deployed, and integrated across our system landscape.

II. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead business intelligence analytics requirements gather efforts with various business stakeholders and user groups

Document, analyze and assess current business processes and underlying systems / applications

Plan, facilitate and execute system / functional testing and UAT for projects and enhancements

Understand the relationships, dependencies and impact of integrated business functions, core systems, applications, and technical platforms

Analyze and convert user requirements into functional design and specifications

20%

V. PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Experience in MS Navision Dynamics Business Central and Salesforce

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

4+ years' experience as a business analyst

Extensive experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting, and managing business, functional and technical requirements

Working knowledge of a variety of technologies and platforms
• Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence)
• Project Management Tools (i.e., Monday.com)

Experience with both traditional Waterfall SDLC and Agile / Lean methodologies

Expertise in modeling / mapping current-state to future-state business processes
