Job Description

BILLING DISTRIBUTION & AD SALES (30%): Monthly run Billing processes for Distribution & Ad Sales LatAm selling companies. Validate records integration between CRM (iBravo, Aleph, etc) and Billing System (SAP / PeopleSoft). Generate legal invoice to be distributed to the customer. Run sales adjustments process periodically, so that customers receive credit notes in a timely manner
Pre-Billing Files Generation and Review.
Black out meetings participation.
Email confirmation for Black Out Period Start and Finish.
Cross functional meetings.
BILLING: OTHERS, DIGITAL, ROYALTIES, CNN, INTERCO (20%): Generate invoices for specific contracts to be handled as Other Sales, review contracts, supporting information and approvals. Run and review invoicing processes coming from different CRMs (OP1, CounterPoint, Folio, etc). Generate legal invoice to be distributed to the customer.
Pre-Billing Files Generation and Review.
Email distribution of informational reports and invoices.
Cross functional meetings.
REPORTING, DOCUMENTATION, KPIs, AUDIT (10%): Keep supporting records for Billing Process available for audit and control purposes. Run reports to support the Billing Process analysis, Support team to maintain process documentation up to date and available to consult and training. Support team members during internal/external audit processes.
SALES ACCRUALS (10%): Generate and distribute required information to support Sales Accruals monthly process to support Accounting/Revenue team.
Run and distribute information required to calculate Sales Accruals.
Keep fluid communication with Revenue/Accounting team.

PROJECT AND COMPANY INNITIATIVE PARTICIPATION (20%): Key participant in group, department, company initiatives and projects, keeping aligned with organizational goals and values. Participate in Corporative and Team projects at several steps of the process like requirement gathering, testing, validation, training and go live.

DEVELOPMENT (10%): Proactively participate in training activities related to the values detected as opportunities. Essential
Years of experience: 3 years in a similar position in a Multinational Company or at least 3-4 years working in a Multinational Comp.
Degree or equivalent experience in or last year Student: Accounting and/or CPA, Business Administration.
Fluent in English (Intermediate Level) oral and written.
Above average skills in Proactivity and Teamwork.
Above average skills in Flexibility, Adaptability, Ownership and Accountability.
Above average skills in Communications and Client Service.
Broad knowledge and experience in Excel and Reporting tools
Experience in ERP Systems like SAP or Oracle.
General knowledge of US GAAP and Taxation
Other: Have a flare for numbers, work with people and a very positive work attitude.

Desirable

Experience in B2C Services

Experience in Shared Services.

Fluent in Portuguese/Spanish will be considered a Plus
