The Job

The Sr. Analyst, Project Management is responsible for supporting planning, analysis, and execution of strategic projects within the Project Management Office (PMO) functional unit of the Global HR Shared Services Center of Expertise (COE). This functional unit will be responsible for management and delivery of an integrated implementation plan, ensuring alignment across objectives and priorities of the functional units and COE as a whole. This position fosters relationships with internal stakeholders by working collaboratively with other corporate and country level teams including HR, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Employee Benefits, Compensation, IT, and Finance. The Sr. Analyst, Project Management is expected to support the Project Executive, Project Management in leading and facilitating discussions needed for project decision analysis including development and assessment of outcome scenarios and alternative options, robust go/no go decision criteria, value assessment, and investment implications. The Sr. Analyst, Project Management reports into the Project Executive, Project Management.

The Daily
• Facilitate working sessions to support activities such as integrated planning and decision making.
• Lead compilation of requirements and work with project team members/ individuals to complete deliverables
• Support planning exercises to develop an actionable project plan and ensure clear project forecasting, governance, and resource utilization
• Support execution of detailed activities such as analysis of project and/or functional performance against the defined project plan including status reporting.
• Identify issues/ risks and/or optimization opportunities for discussion as appropriate
• Support development of project management strategy, process, standards, deliverables, and operational cadence as needed
• Support new business efforts as required

The Essentials
• 3+ years of experience in project management or strategic consulting roles
• Workday or other ERP implementation experience a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, or equivalent discipline
• Good experience with continuous improvement (e.g., return on investment, optimization opportunities)
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes and high level of understanding of general business operations and internal control concepts
• Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate; ability to proactively anticipate problems and opportunities and confidence to use initiative to pursue solutions
• Strong analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good team player, flexible, and able to resolve conflicts
• Ability to manage complex work within tight deadlines
