The Job

The WarnerMedia Audience & Addressable team is searching for a Senior Product Manager – Data to guide and manage all data-related workstreams for WarnerMedia's National Addressable initiatives. The person in this role will work across the Technology & Operations and Ad Sales organizations to supervise data onboarding, forecasting, targeting, attribution, and measurement for ongoing Addressable campaigns and will be a key figure in designing and driving the future vision for the product.

The Daily
• Manage data strategy and products to support the WarnerMedia addressable and audience business, particularly in the areas of forecasting, pacing & posting, targeting, and attribution.
• Partner with internal stakeholders from Research, Data Science, Business Development and Technology to onboard and activate data for WarnerMedia addressable and audience products.
• Act as a trusted subject matter expert and consultant for Sales and Pricing, Planning, & Operations teams on questions and best practices for the product.
• Build and maintain documentation to support all data best practices and processes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Audience & Addressable leadership to define the future vision for the products, then design and implement a roadmap for success.
• Utilize business knowledge and technical skills to come up with creative solutions to problems.
• Communicate project status, risks or opportunities to improve the product or service, and other information regularly to senior management and executives.

The Essentials
• 5+ years' experience in a product development or product management role, preferably working closely with various types of data at an ad tech, data, or media company.
• Strong understanding of product development/management principles and processes.
• Strong understanding of Addressable TV products and technology.
• Fluency in linear data-driven advertising offerings and in advanced data sets in the linear media space (Nielsen Catalina, Nielsen Buyer Insights, Rentrak, TRA, Vizio, Alphonso, etc.))
• Experience working with household addressable TV systems and vendors [ex. Invidi, DirecTV, FreeWheel, etc.]
• Familiarity with data safe havens [LiveRamp, Axciom, Merkle, Neustar, etc.]
• Effective communicator who is collaborative and comfortable working across multiple stakeholder teams

• Experience and knowledge in targeted digital advertising offerings.
• Experience partnering with sales and activation team for product requirements and prioritization
• Strong knowledge of linear and digital ad operations (ad serving, trafficking etc.)
• Strong knowledge of audience data management platforms (ex: DLX, BlueKai, Krux, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to successfully perform analysis, support, training, reporting, testing and project management across multiple, and complex system implementations with custom and third-party applications.
• Demonstrated project management skills
