GREATT SSCRET are part of the WarnerMedia Technology group. GREATT look after the tech that supports our Global Retail, eCommerce and Tours businesses. They are responsible for all operational, digital, marketing, and guest-facing technologies. The GREATT Portfolio spans across the following key businesses and their back-end operations:
- WB Studio Tour London
- WB Studio Tour Hollywood
- WB Studio Tour Tokyo (opening 2023)
- Platform 9 ¾ Retail Shops, London
- Harry Potter On Location, London
- Harry Potter Flagship Store, NYC

SSCRET look after all the business tech that supports the WB Studios Leavesden (WBSL) operation. Amongst others, it includes businesses across the Studio Lot in Leavesden, as well as the famous Post-Production studios in Soho, London. A diverse tech portfolio, spanning technologies that run Scheduling, Billing, Rentals, Security, Facilities, and Corporate Real Estate.
Both GREATT and SSCRET serve as the single-stop global central hub for all tech ops and support activities for
Warner Bros. Studio Facilities.

The Role
As Sr Digital Product Manager for the global portfolios of GREATT and SSCRET, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our digital products, from inception to launch, within these regions. You will be responsible for the overall vision of
the product and be managing the successful roll-out of this vision.

The Digital Dev 'Centre of Excellence' is based in Hollywood, and you will be working in close collaboration with that team to bring products to life.

To the Business Stakeholders, your role will be that of a trusted partner.

To the Tech team, you will provide strong guidance in short-, mid- and long-term digital technology road mapping; ensuring these plans align with business growth and the wider WM technology vision.

The role requires a range of skills from customer and market research to product architecture design, product road-mapping, and UI development.

It is a customer-centric role, working to translate the needs into digital business opportunities and revenue uplift.

You will act as a mediator between our consumers, our business partners, and our technical teams (Digital Ops, Tech Ops and Project Ops), communicating and translating needs into new product features for the group to prioritize
and design.

Key responsibilities
• Be curious enough to understand and discover what is possible and where business efficiencies can be realized, through improved digital innovation
• Champion business change in alignment to digital strategy, to enable high product adoption
• Manage the product roadmap and backlog for all digital products within our portfolio
• Oversee and manage requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
• Partner with the business teams to identify key capability needs and identify potential issues
• Partner with the marketing teams to ensure differentiation from competitors and whilst staying true to brand identity
• Partner with cross-functional tech teams when needed to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
• Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements
• Maintain excellent stakeholder management skills and sustainment of outstanding business partner relationships
• Assertively manage challenging conversations, where transparency is key, with high-demanding business leaders

Prior experience
- Proven prior experience to successfully implementing and managing digital products in both B2C and B2B environments.
- Prior experience in multi-geography implementations is required due to the global and diverse nature of our portfolio.
- Experience in forming and leading a 'best in class' approach to Digital Product - Delivery and a demonstrated in-depth understanding of the B2C fast paced demands.
- A solid understanding of complex application ecosystems with dependencies on digital product integrations is highly desirable; experience in operating within PCI landscapes will be considered advantageous.

- You must have a customer-first mindset, a strong understanding of back-end and front-end programming languages, and the ability to develop data pipelines that can be used to track, analyze, and improve our digital product.
- Energetic and meticulously organised; you are expected to have impeccable communications skills and be able to balance multiple concurrent and/or conflicting priorities.
- Have an innate proactive and not reactive approach to work.
- Available to work flexible hours between geographies to accommodate cross-time zone collaboration, as well as responding during off-hours to lead decision-making of critical issues is expected.
- Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems.

- Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers and developers
- Ability to convert a product vision into a concrete strategy
- Stay informed of latest market research and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities
- Partner with business owners and agile product teams to build product roadmaps that will be incorporated into the broader company product portfolio plan
- Evaluate, analyze, and understand customer sentiment and behavior through our digital footprint
- Ensure Digital Products adhere to WM Compliance, Cyber Security and Data Privacy policies
- Stakeholder communications and status updates Education & Qualifications
- Experience writing SQL queries, experience with back-end and front-end programming languages, such as Java, HTML, CSS, Angular JS
- Undergraduate degree -- preferred
- BA Diplomas / Certifications -- preferred
- PM Diplomas / Certifications -- preferred
