The Job

Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Transformation for the EFS- Transformation & Svc. Mgmt department. The Sr. Manager, Transformation will work alongside EFS GPO's in transforming their processes to maximize the effective delivery of finance services. The role will be responsible for the end to end delivery of assigned projects by leveraging best practice, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities and working with GPO's to drive lower costs, improve controls and improve service levels.

The Daily
• Lead assigned EFS Improvement initiatives working with GPO and outsource provider to define, agree and deliver best in class solutions.
• Work with all stakeholders to develop methodology and achievable project plans
• Develop process solutions with GPO that leverage leading practice and drive significant benefits to the organization
• Ability to leverage ERP and other technologies including automation to deliver efficient solutions
• Develop the business case for improvement initiatives
• Develop resourcing plans and work with GPO and TSM team to ensure resourcing needs are addressed
• Manage assigned resources to deliver initiatives
• Present solution proposals and recommendations to EFS Leadership team including detailed design, implementation plan – tasks, timings and resourcing requirements
• Manage issue identification, develop resolutions and manage initiative risks
• Support EFS in development of improvement programs / projects
• Lead workshops with senior stakeholders to develop requirements and achieve agreement on enterprise wide processes
• Develop end to end KPI's and metrics to monitor process effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
• Other Periodic Tasks
• Support Director in delivery of improvement programs as required.
• Coach operational team members in project delivery.
• Support training of team members in process improvement methodologies including six sigma, lean.

The Essentials
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• CPA and/or MBA.
• 8+ years experience in accounting with significant process transformation experience or management consulting specializing in Finance Transformation.
• Experience in delivering complex transformation of finance processes.
• SAP usage and/or design/implementation experience required.
• Complex analytical experience with large volumes of data.
• Experience in developing business cases with financial modelling.
• Prior management experience required.
• Media and Entertainment experience preferred.
• International experience preferred.
• Microsoft office suite of tools, strong in Excel, PowerPoint and Visio required, Access advantageous.
• Deep knowledge of Finance business processes – Procure to Pay, Record to Report and Invoice to Cash.
• General knowledge and awareness of finance business controls including SOX.
• Strong planning, organization and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and manage senior stakeholders.
• Strong ability to interact professionally (written and verbal) with outside vendors, WB EFS Customers and all levels of WB management and staff.
• Competency with Process Improvement methodologies and tools e,g, Six Sigma, Lean etc.
• Must be client service orientated and have the ability to work with multiple groups internally with EFS and Finance groups across the organization.
• Available to support special extended hours to support both critical business periods and global service delivery shifts as required.
• Must be a team player and flexible.
• Must be motivated, confident self starter.
• International travel required (as needed).
