Job Description
WarnerMedia is seeking an Implementation Analyst for its Instrumentation team. This role is responsible for delivering data and analytics business solutions for across our WarnerMedia digital brands. This is a fast-moving role and will work directly with our brand development and research teams. It requires expertise in data, as well as mature analysis, organizational and communication skills.

The Job

The Implementation Analyst is responsible for maintaining designated scope, staying within determined requirements, resolution of issues, and maintaining customer relationships. This may involve coordinating the development, data validation, QA, and implementation between third-party vendors and WarnerMedia's development teams and stakeholders.

The Daily
• Technical Analysis – Act as a data analytics SME, create technical requirements documents and user story validation criteria, configuring report suites, etc.
• Project Organization – own relationship between data teams and brands, coordinate and drive analytics instrumentation for our brand partners, drive adoption of new data initiatives, and ensure compliance of corporate data schema.
• Data Validation – coordinate and assist with preliminary data validation, and troubleshoot data issues.
• Act as a point of escalation to team and brands to help prioritize and troubleshoot issues and help unblock team when needs arise.

The Essentials
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience working with data or in a data field.
• Experience with web and mobile analytics development, analysis, and processes, (strong preference for Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics Suite).
• 2+ years project / program leadership experience.
• 2+ years' experience in Digital Application Development (web and mobile preferred).
• 2+ year(s) experience in Data Strategy, Instrumentation Integration, and Digital Analytics fields strongly preferred.
• Openness and energy to learn other critical analytics platforms.
• Organized self-starter comfortable owning and documenting progress.
• Use of collaboration, project management, and business tools (Confluence, Jira, or similar)
• Able to excel in a collaborative environment .
• Experience with digital marketing tools and digital media analytics or reporting suites: Conviva, Comscore, Looker, Tableau, etc
• Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to effectively allocate and optimize time.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Agile methodologies and concepts (agile certifications preferred).
• Use of collaboration, product management, roadmapping and development tools (Confluence, Jira, or similar).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to partner with the business, influence decisions and create relationships.
• Concise communicator; able to craft messages and strategy to development teams and brand partners.
