Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst for the Enterprise Tech Solutions_CSC Code department.
A Sr. Business Analyst is needed to backfill an employee who transitioned into another role in WarnerMedia. A well-experienced analyst is needed for the following business initiatives on our roadmap: SAP-CRM IPM Projects, WBGBE Tech-up for consumer products, WarnerMedia integration & base support.
The Daily
• Conducting analysis, gathering requirements, and documenting user stories for Media Supply Chain: IP Rights & integration related projects.
• Responsible for working with third-party vendors and coordinating the development and implementation between third-party vendor and WM.
• Maintaining the product backlog of business features, as well as maintenance and support items.
• Understanding all aspects of the Waterfall, Agile project lifecycle and SCRUM methodology.
• Building strong relationships among the business and IT team, managing customer expectations and translating needs into business solutions.
• Planning, organizing and facilitating User Acceptance Testing.
• Providing 3rd tier production support issue resolution, when needed.
• Utilizing effective meeting management skills to initiate, develop agenda, conduct, and provide minutes so that all appropriate parties are kept up-to-date regarding analysis decisions, project status and issues.
• Responsible for removing impediments for the ability of the team to deliver the product goals and deliverables.
The Essentials
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Business analyst with the ability to deliver high quality software solutions.
• Strong Analytical & System Thinking Skills to identify implicit, unstated, and unrecognized requirements.
• Understanding of application interface/user-centered designs.
• Keen understanding of software technology and various software development tools.
• Strong attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Superior verbal and written communications skills.

• Logical understanding of how the system functionality interacts or changes with existing system modules, interfaces, etc.
• At least 4 years or experience in software development, business analysis, and system lifecycle development.
• At least 4 years of Waterfall/Agile/SCRUM experience.
• Ability to ''think out of the box'' and develop creative solutions.
• Must demonstrate proactive customer service skills.
• Energetic, shows passion and is vested into the project.
