Job Description

Purpose of the Role
• Executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, improvement, Deployments, release, security, and development of our Salesforce sales cloud platform;
• Serving as primary system administrator for the Salesforce Sales Cloud environment with 100+ users
• Handling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
• Completing regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
• Managing Salesforce Sales cloud data feeds and other integrations
• Coordinating the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests on Salesforce sales Cloud.
• Working with the rest of the WM Enterprise Technology team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities;
• Assisting in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce sales cloud skill set across the organization;
• Acting as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams;
• Working independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements;
• Develop and customize applications on Salesforce Force.com platform with Apex & Visualforce and develop Restful APIs & SOAP APIs for complex integration with external enterprise application;
• Work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform;
• Design, test, and develop new integrations or customization in the platform

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Admin or related areas;
• Experience as a Salesforce.com administrator, developer or consultant;
• Experience in CI/CD technologies related to Salesforce development;
• General knowledge of Media & Entertainment industry and sales processes
• Experience in working in an agile environment across multiple projects Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
• Advanced English
• Spanish is a plus
• Broad knowledge and experience in the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity. Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce Sales cloud platform. all phases of system development lifecycle, including production support. Business processes and systems integration
• Above average skills in data management and data analysis
• Broad knowledge and experience in Force.com (http://force.com/) (Apex and Visualforce), Java and Lightning. Expert knowledge of Object Oriented (OO) design patterns such as MVC. Extensive experience with HTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Extensive experience with JavaScript (JS). Enterprise system integration background w/ Web Services. Understanding of Web 2.0 techniques and standards (SOAP and REST). Expertise in design of complex data models and relational database languages (SQL or SOQL)
