Warner Bros. Set Lighting & Rigging provides state-of-the-art lighting and rigging equipment to productions of all sizes in the film and TV industry on both studio and location shoots.
Our expert team combines decades of experience with a passion for the industry and a dedication to the highest levels of service. We're a truly global business, working with all productions filming at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden as well as location projects all over the world. We constantly invest in new technology, and offer a huge inventory of high quality equipment, including lighting, rigging, green screens, generation, transport and consumables.
We are based at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (WBSL), and while we provide packages for all on-lot studio productions, we also have a wealth of experience at providing expert services to national and international productions. Our clients include all the major US studios, as well as independent film and TV companies, broadcasters, and production companies for commercial and pop promos. Our priority is ensuring that every client gets exactly what they need for a successful production.

The Job
The Set Rigging Client Coordinator will work alongside the Set Rigging Manager to oversee the day-to-day bookings and operations of the department, ensuring a timely and efficient service is provided.
The Daily
• Overseeing the Rigging business cycle (under the supervision of the Rigging Manager) from receiving orders to quote stage through to delivery and the final collection of any equipment, whilst obtaining the required associated paperwork.
• Ensuring that all paperwork is correctly prepared and ready for invoicing on time and all orders are entered onto the system correctly and match the delivery notes and Purchase Orders.
• Responsible for filing and record retention in line with company policies and procedures.
• Ensuring inter-departmental teamwork and cooperation at all levels.
• To abide by all Health and Safety Regulations provided by WBLS H&S executives.
• To be a first point of contact for customers.
• To work closely with the Rigging Manager and the broader team on all matters within the Set Lighting and Rigging departments.
• Assisting with management reporting as and when required to do so.
• Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with clients and other members of staff.

The Nice to Haves
• Previous experience within Rigging or a rentals department within the Film and Television industry is desirable
