SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Project Manager is responsible for acting as an interface with the business and the technical teams to ensure the delivery of technology solutions that meet the business needs and support growth targets. They will also facilitate system analysis processes and will be responsible for discovery/requirements gathering all the way through technical implementation, ensuring that best practices are followed during the lifecycle of the initiatives.

Project Manager: This role will put processes in place to drive delivery of small enhancements and medium size projects for the existing system landscape and work with the WBCP Tech Up team to align on integrations as we migrate to the new systems during our digital transformation. They will manage existing Creative, Financial Planning and Contracting system enhancements and bug fixes. This resource will gain deep domain knowledge of WBCP that will assist the WMTO team members as they migrate existing systems into the WM SAP systems including IPM, COSMOS and ECC. They will ensure that enhancements are planned, estimated, and delivered on time and within budget. They will track and report out weekly status. This resource will work closely with the technical team to review business needs and obtain technical estimates.

Business Analysis: Work with the business to review and analyze business processes and anticipate, develop, and document requirements. Recommend areas of improvement and implement technical solutions that meet business needs. Create as-is and to-be workflow documentation as needed. During our Agile projects this business analyst must work closely with the business, the technical teams to ensure solutions meet business specification and align with strategic priorities. Collaborate with technical lead and teams to confirm solutions are compatible with WarnerMedia technical standards. Deliver thorough requirements documents, functional design and test plans that meet the business needs.

JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Work Experience
Required
• 1+ years of project management, budget management, project/level of effort estimation experience
• 5+ years of systems/business analysis experience
• 5+ years of experience with Financial / Contract Mgmt applications
• Experience working in cross matrixed teams
• High degree of commitment, independence, and self-motivation; enthusiasm for challenging work
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Established ability to anticipate exceptions and edge cases during testing
• Experience with Project Management Tools such as MS Project or Monday.com
• Experience with software ticketing and bug tracking solutions such as Jira
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLC
• Ability to find areas where existing applications can be improved
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
Highly Desirable
• Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously that include:
• Simultaneous workstreams and development teams
• Iterative agile projects with ongoing releases
• User Acceptance Testing
• Collaborate on Change Management / Training
• Leading Functional efforts across multiple agile projects

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• Undergraduate Degree Required
Knowledge/Skills
Required
• Has a solid understanding of financial systems
• Ability to pick up a new domain quickly such as WBCP product lifecycle
• Demonstrates ability to work with management and technical teams to lead the effort to reliable create/vet for functional and technical designs, development and testing and training efforts
• Ability to document funding needs for each initiative based on estimates
• Ability to work closely with management to develop request intake and prioritization process for changes to existing systems
• Work with WMTO management to develop and maintain project materials including kick-off materials, project plans, resource plans, budget trackers, risk and issue logs
• Supervise different tasks to ensure quality deliverables are completed on time and on budget
• Responsible for the flow of information from the business stakeholders to the project team
• Proven experience monitoring team performance to ensure deadlines are met
• Ability to guide business assessments with key stakeholders to deliver quality requirements, design and user testing documentation
• Ability to work closely with end users, Project Sponsors and Technology Sponsor to understand and document business needs and detailed requirements
• Ability to work closely with the technical teams to deliver system features that meet business requirements
• Ability to guide team(s) to ensure application features are of highest standard & meet business needs
• Assist with developing and executing test cases based on requirements for User Acceptance Testing
• Ability to consistently make timely decisions and balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness, even in the face of complexity
Highly Desirable
Functional knowledge of the following systems and processes:
• Financial Solutions - Forecasting & Planning, Actuals and Accruals Reporting
• Monday.com for Project Management knowledge preferred but not required
• Jira & Confluence knowledge preferred but not required
• Previous work with the legacy WB SAP systems is a plus
