Project Lead (Temporary)
The Job
The Project Lead is part Project Manager, part Executive Producer and all-round organizational operator. Decide Agendas and lead meetings. Be a constant presence on all day-to-day project work. Action daily and weekly priorities.
Manage a team of secondary employees drawn primarily from Courageous and the Activation department, as well as other key creative contributors (e.g. Director, Story Editor)
Oversee the coordination of all project contributors. Build strong relationships with all relevant branches of WarnerMedia and beyond (Ad Sales, DC, T-Nets, CNN, external vendors). Build distinct workstreams for each deliverable.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding, and accountability for, the overarching schedule and budget. Ensure the timely, on-budget delivery of all assets.
Identify opportunities to efficiently ''plus up'' the overall impact of the project.
Provide a weekly report to key executives on project progress.
