The Job

The WarnerMedia Global Real Estate, Security and M&A Technology organization is seeking a skilled & energetic Technology Program Manager. Primary responsibilities are to assess, manage, track and report on key strategic and tactical projects in support of our project and application portfolio. The Program Manager will oversee and organize cross-functional technology teams which are engaged on each project, communicate measurable project scope and success criteria, and lead the execution of the project delivery.

The Daily
• Project and Program Management (project plan development and management, project risk management, detailed status reporting, project meeting notes and actions, etc.)
• Project financial management (cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning)
• Resource management (onboarding, offboarding, extensions, etc.)
• Workstream management (hands-on execution support, project artifact development, change management planning, etc.)
• Strategic project planning, scope definition, ''phase 0'' assessment projects and business case development
• Ad-hoc requests from senior management

The Essentials
• BS/BA or MBA preferred
• PMI or equivalent professional certificate preferred
• 5+ years related project and program management experience.
• 3+ managing a team of employees
• Technology Project and Program management for large scale initiatives or within a PMO
• Expertise in Project and Program management tools and processes, including risk mitigation (e.g. RAID log management), project plan development, resource management and executive status reporting
• Business and technology integration experience
• Enterprise business application selection and implementation project experience
• Business case development
• Project and change management, project and program roadmaps, project planning, and workstream status roll up plan reporting
• Steering committee facilitation and presentation
• Workshop facilitation
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite is a requirement
• Strong project management, project finance, and analytical skills
• Ability to balance multiple concurrent activities across cross-functional workstreams and work within the constructs of a broader multi-phased program
• Experience in the entertainment industry, preferably across ideation, production, and delivery workflows is preferred
• Application implementation, use case development and requirements definition experience preferred
• Agile project management experience preferred

• Consolidated and detailed Status Reports
• Continuously maintained program decisions and risks log for escalations and tracking to resolution
• Energetic, well organized, agile and collaborative, and a self-starter
