The Job

WarnerMedia is actively seeking a Production Coordinator with the familiarity of voiceover, shoot, graphic design, and animation production. This role will provide administrative and process support to various production activities across Cartoon Network on-air, KYAC titles for HBO Max, Adult Swim, and Cartoonito.

The Daily
• Provide administrative and process support to assigned production activities
• Provide direction on production and implementation of network graphics
• Recognize deviation from accepted practices and confirm appropriate next steps
• Maintain payment schedule and budget inventory for all productions
• Book travel arrangements for all productions, as needed
• Serve as lead production contact and supervise small to medium shoots on a case-by-case basis
• Assist the Director of Production with research and budgeting when needed
• Communicate with Agents/Managers to book and negotiate talent rates
• Keeping projects on track within our in-house creative team as well as with outside agencies & vendors
• Maintaining production schedules
• Providing additional support to the KYAC production team as needed

The Essentials
• College degree required
• 2 - 4 years of experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Position requires a team player in a service department of the organization
• Must be organized, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Self-motivated with a passion for kids entertainment

The Nice to Haves
• SAG/AFTRA rate familiarity is a bonus
