The Job

As part of the WarnerMedia Latin America General Entertainment team based in Buenos Aires, Argentina , the Public Relations Specialist will be responsible for the creation and implementation of communications strategies, plans, campaigns designed to build and strengthen the organization's role and reputation as a leading entertainment company in LATAM, including all of its brands for publicity and programming including but not limited to series, sports, comedies, films and documentaries, working very closely with many other areas of the company.

We expect that through strategy, stories, ideas, actions, and implementations, the public relations specialist drives consumer engagement, product desirability, television ratings, subscription sales, and brand built and awareness. The PR specialist shall design and implements strategic plans/programs and policies, and provides quality control for communications assets, media activities, influencers outreach and special events along with managing talent and production partners relations developing great rapport and manageable open, clear, productive working channels with them.

The Daily
- Strategic public relations programs
• Develops strategic public relations programs to build, promote and differentiate the WarnerMedia brands (i.e, press events, influencer campaigns, media tours; programming premieres, press releases, advertorials, talent relations, etc)
• - PR materials
• Coordinates and supervise research and development of creative PR materials for external communications, engaging content and experiences as needed, including but not limited to press releases, editorial content, media pitches, briefing books, junket briefings as well as web and social content, amongst others.
• Social Media and/or influencer experience
- Relationship KOLs and influencers
• Maps, builds and develops key relationships with journalists, KOLs and influencers in entertainment, sports, lifestyle and other areas of interest and also can with digital influencers and manages media relations, story pitches, content placement, creative direction and logistics for publicity events
- Coordinates PR Agencies
• Coordinates day-to-day operations with PR agencies and regional WarnerMedia areas and offices to stablish a successful workflow and delivers optimal results.

- Monitors media coverage
• Monitors media coverage and social media chatter within Mexico and Central America as it relates to company brands, interests, talent and issues, managing critical incidents processes under the direction of the region communication direction

The Essentials
• Experience in the elaboration, design or implementation of PR campaigns
• PR Agency experience
• Program publicity experience
• Television, Pay TV and Movie industry experience (mandatory for entertainment)
• English
