Job Description
The Job:

Burbank Television Enterprises LLC seeks a OPERATIONS COORDINATOR for the Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Marketing (WBWTVM) Digital Media department.

The Operations Coordinator will manage the day-to-day operations workflows of assets to service WarnerMedia's international partners. The coordinator will be responsible for the acquisition of programming, operational and legal information to ensure our contractual obligations are met, marketing assets and screeners are readily available on WBTVD.com and WM Screeners and support the Manager acquire pre air content to service various audience on the screening platform, WarnerMedia Screeners.

The Daily:
• Collaborates with Original Programming, Operations, Media Relations, Business Affairs and Legal to acquire marketing assets and publishes to Warner Bros Television B2B platform and WarnerMedia Screeners platform.
• Communicates with international PR teams on upcoming press launches, embargo information and user management to ensure journalists worldwide screen WM content via Warner Bros. Television B2B platforms for review and consideration purposes.
• Responsible for Quality Control of product metadata and creative content for HBO, HBO Max & Turner programming ensuring timely and efficient publishing to Warner Bros. Television B2B platform.
• Manages promotional material asset schedules for HBO, HBO Max & Turner programs.
• Assists the Manager of Operations to maintain the B2B subdomain for HBO Airline Clients. This portal supports the sale and distribution of HBO and HBO MAX content to Airlines worldwide.
• Performs additional related duties as assigned.

The Essentials:

Work Experience
• Minimum of 3-4 years' experience at a media or entertainment company.
• Experience working in a Studio environment preferred.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed environment.

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• Bachelor's degree; preferably in Marketing.
• Background in Operations or Product Management desired

Knowledge/Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Photoshop, In Design and B2B content and user management distribution preferred.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize deadlines.
