The Job

The Manager, Partner Marketing Strategy and Operations plays an integral, cross-functional role within the Partner Marketing team.

The Daily
• A strong self-starter with an unmatched attention to detail, s/he will be on the front lines of building (from the ground up) and maintaining a best-in-class, executive-level dashboard focusing on Partner Marketing subscriber performance for d+ and HBO MAX.
• Client focus is a priority. This person will be responsible for partnering with the Partner Marketing leadership team to collect reporting and analysis requirements, digging into the details to synthesize insights and recommendations for executive presentations.
• Persistence is key. This person will work with the data visualization and engineering teams to ensure proper data flows of performance data to various online dashboards.
• Aligning with the overarching strategy. This person will collaborate with the growth and media, MarTech, business planning, and data science teams to provide media information, mine new data, and understand various data and reporting nuances.
• Thinking outside the box. This person will find new ways to quantify all Partner Marketing activities that reside outside of traditional direct to consumer marketing.
• As an advisor, this person will work with the pricing and promotions team to evaluate financial models.
• This person will build an executive-level view of Partner Marketing media performance as an offshoot of subscriber performance, determining optimal media mix strategy.
• This person will support the Director on the marketing and media budget strategy as it relates to the P&L.
• This person will liaise with the consumer retention team to understand churn performance indices to help advise on partner marketing retention strategy.
• This person is an experienced analytics professional who is truly passionate about marketing and performance data as a part of shaping business strategy.

The Essentials
• Bachelor's degree required. MBA a plus.
• Self-starter with a proactive and anticipative mindset, capable of seeking out and building the necessary relationships throughout the organization in order to achieve success.
• 4 years experience executing analytics projects end-to-end, from definition through findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Ability to translate complex analysis into simplified actionable insights.
• Proven track-record of measuring campaigns and delivering performance insights.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Everyone looks forward to your phone calls, emails, and meetings.
• Strong team focus with outstanding organizational and resource management skills.
• 4 years of proficient technical acumen, including experience with SQL, data mining, data architecture, data science, and designing analytics data layers.
• 4 years experience with data visualization and dashboards; familiarity with Looker and Power BI a plus.
• 4 years of exceptional analytical skills are required, including the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable insights.
• Finance and P&L experience a major plus (familiarity with acquisition cost).
• Dynamic in adjusting priorities as the marketplace evolves, and is resilient in adapting to change.
• This position is required to work in person at one of our locations in the United States. Warner Bros.
