Job Description
Based within the Shared Digital Products team, the Localisation Manager will oversee and manage x'x'a virtual team of translators, localisers, copywriters, designers and LQA game testers, and work closely with digital teams in International offices, to optimise the native user experience delivered across digital platforms to audiences internationally.

You will work with producers, product managers, and members of the Localization team to ensure scalable, efficient, timely, and on-budget localization processes. You will use these processes to help you ensure that your ongoing localisation releases deliver the highest-possible quality user experience for our international customers. You will be on the constant lookout for ways to improve your localisation processes, automating repeated tasks, streamlining workflows, simplifying handoffs and deliveries, and ensuring that localisation scales with future demands. You are collaborative and team-oriented, willing and able to support a growing and dynamic localisation team. You have a positive approach to problem solving and are not afraid to get your hands dirty in more technical issues, asking for engineering support as you need it. You have the flexibility and versatility to adapt to the challenges of a growing company with a diverse product set.

You will own the localisation strategy and its execution for digital content produced in EMEA and help grow localisation capabilities in International offices, effectively establishing the department as the authority on localisation best practices and technologies.

The localisation team is responsible for the localisation of WarnerMedia's suite of kids websites, microsites, web games and all related content for the enjoyment of fans across the region The team is embedded within the Shared Digital Products team and works collaboratively with developers, product managers, producers and other stakeholder groups. The environment is fast-paced, requiring the ability to work collaboratively with minimal supervision and while managing aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities. You will need to demonstrate excellent and data driven problem-solving and communication skills and a passion to improve existing infrastructure, processes and tools.
