Job Description
The Role:

The Senior Manager for the Revenue and Growth team sits in the DTC business unit. As Senior Manager, Revenue and Growth, you will work closely with the VP and SVP, Revenue and Growth, to identify, analyze, and execute growth strategies that scale HBO Max's subscribers and revenue.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Work with cross-functional WarnerMedia teams to identify and execute growth opportunities for the HBO Max service
• Coordinate DTC initiatives across content, marketing, product, distribution, and operations to drive subscriber acquisition and engagement
• Partner closely with finance to forecast, track, and manage HBO Max's subscriber performance
• Unearth and communicate consumer/industry trends, key opportunities, and corresponding potential strategies that maximize DTC acquisition and retention
• Create business cases that analyze tradeoffs, financial impacts, and scenarios for key initiatives
• Support and lead key infrastructure building activities both within Growth and Revenue as well as across the organization
• Support Growth and Revenue on multi-product go to market programs
• Support awareness, branding, and promotions that drive the growth of HBO Max directly and through large-scale partnerships
• Continually evaluate all HBO Max subscriber touchpoints, identify opportunities to optimize, and drive testing and implementation

Requirements:
• 5+ years of work experience with strategy background with management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning, and/or related fields
• Knowledge of the video streaming business, especially AVOD and SVOD trends, as well as the broader entertainment landscape and inter-play across video and other entertainment trends that impact customer/viewer behavior
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with business owners to define key business questions and to build data-driven analyses that answer those questions
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss business and technical concepts, analyze tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas
• Ability to prioritize well and communicate clearly, both verbal and written, across all levels of the organization with a proven ability to influence others
• Acts with strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• MBA preferred
