The Job:

The Director, Partnership Management (Comcast Account) is responsible for the design and execution of bespoke account distribution strategies designed to meet and exceed the company's' goals and objectives across the entire WarnerMedia business portfolio. This position is part of the team that proactively develops implements, executes, and monitors the distribution business plans for the HBO Max, Cinemax, Turner Networks, and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment business lines for the Comcast account. The Director role will work closely with internal and external partners across marketing, point-of-sale, technology, legal, and strategy verticals to establish and achieve KPI goals. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who is curious, flexible, resilient, highly collaborative, and fearless with new ideas.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Assists VP/SVP with business plans, budget/sales goals, and identifying key deliverables. Reports to VP, Partner Management.
• Represent WarnerMedia to all relevant affiliate contacts – sales, marketing, tech ops, and all other distribution related matters.
• Maintain regular points-of-contact with Corporate and Divisional decision-makers.
• Works with Account Manager and VP/SVP to execute annual account plans to achieve account KPIs.
• Partner closely with the Partner Marketing team to develop and execute strategic marketing opportunities to drive subscriptions, engagement, and viewership of WarnerMedia's consumer-facing brands (HBO Max, Cinemax, Turner Networks, and WB Home Entertainment assets).
• Leads day-to-day relationship with assigned partner contacts and their teams. Own all partner communication of WM priorities.
• Partners closely with Partner Operations and Technical teams to manage the execution of our product vision as well as champion partner initiatives.
• Sets promotional strategies/campaigns and manages projects through execution. Assesses outcomes and identifies gaps/areas of improvement to maximize WarnerMedia growth potential.
• Oversees affiliate POS capabilities and determines most effective strategy to educate and incent front-line agents to grow the HBO Max customer base, working in partnership with the POS Strategy Team.
• Recommend strategic actions and craft narratives based on analysis of data from various sources. Work closely with internal/external data partners to identify hard-to-see trends and recommend appropriate courses of action.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (Finance, CRO, Business Affairs) to deliver sub forecasts, revenue projections, and business opportunities for strategic review.
• Manage partner budgets and ensure all processes are followed and deadlines are met.
• Work with WarnerMedia leadership to develop broader corporate strategy across all business lines.
• Oversee meeting planning and presentation creation for internal/external meetings.

• 5+ years business experience; preferably in the digital media industry.
• Deep understanding of media landscape, competitive environment, and emerging consumption trends.
• Exceptional relationship building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Content marketing experience with a passion for WarnerMedia's Intellectual Property.
• Strategic and creative problem solver skilled at using analytics to guide decision-making.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Intellectually curious and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention-to-detail with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience collaborating and gaining buy-in for proposed solutions from colleagues in a large, highly matrixed organization, building trusted relationships at all levels – both internally and externally.
• Desire to positively influence corporate culture.
