The Job

The Digital Operations Executive sits within a small team of 4 and is part of the wider Filmbankmedia team, whose office is based in Farringdon.

The key elements of the position are tracking new releases and uploading them to the internal system, as well as placing orders via the order system. This is a hands-on, friendly team who support each other when times get busy.

The Daily
• Responsible for setting up titles across all digital ops systems and Filmbankmedia.com website.
• Using internal systems and databases to add titles, monitor DVD release schedules, file clean-up, amend orders etc.
• Website maintenance such as updates and placing titles on hold if instructed from the Studio.
• Placing orders for Non-Theatrical sectors, as well as placing orders on the internal system 'Caesar', and making various requests such as to add new titles to dashboard or requests for video, audio or subtitles.
• Email management liaising with external studios.
• Interface with sales team to review Latin American clients refresh
• Digital stock check
• Ad-hoc tasks as required

The Essentials
• Previous experience in a role which required multi-tasking, data-entry and/or administration tasks
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Personable 'can do' attitude
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated

The Nice to Haves
• Knowledge/experience of the Non-Theatrical Film industry
• Previous experience using systems
