WarnerMedia seek a Digital Analyst to join the EMEA Insights & Analytics (I&A) department.

This role will be responsible for the preparation of EMEA digital channel performance reports, across platforms and brands, to support stakeholder's decision making with accurate and relevant digital insights.

This role reports into the Digital Senior Manager Insights & Analytics, within the EMEA Kids Insights & Analytics Team.

The Daily
• Build, maintain and automate regular reports that monitor the performance of over 50 EMEA digital products including websites, apps, and social media and YouTube channels. Ensure the accuracy of the data and, working with the Digital Intern and Digital Senior Manager, deliver actionable insights to a variety of stakeholders.
• Work with the Digital Insights & Analytics team to understand the insights needs of different teams, covering areas like marketing performance, content analysis, product optimisation and ad sales. Carry out deep dive analysis of our digital platforms, including investigating competitors via third party tools (Tubular, SensorTower), to identify potential improvements and business opportunities in line with each teams' needs.
• Create analytics dashboards on Adobe and Looker, to efficiently deliver analysis of key metrics and objectives. Help to troubleshoot data implementation through by working closely with business intelligence and data engineering teams when new data sources are ingested.
• Consult with the EMEA Digital Content team to help inform their decision making when developing their product and content roadmaps, assisting with the development of KPIs to ensure a data-driven approach.
• Support colleagues within Insights & Analytics in their local digital reporting to help ensure optimised processes are in place, accurate data is being used, and relevant insights are delivered.
• Stay on top of the latest industry trends across digital platforms and distribute such insights to the I&A Team and stakeholders.

The Essentials
• Proven working experience in a similar role, such as a media/research agency, or preferably for another online entertainment media company.
• Keen commercial mind with familiarity of how digital platforms are monetised.
• Must have a strong foundation in quantitative statistics and advanced numeracy skills, familiarity with various analytical approaches desired.
• Familiarity with analytical and visualisation tools (Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics, Looker and/or Tableau, YouTube Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Social listening tools, Excel).
• Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools such as SimilarWeb, Tubular, Sensor Tower or Apptopia preferred.
• Must have strong writing and oration skills, with an ability to take data and put it into words in a manner that is easily understood, in email, in reports, on conference calls or in person.
• Ability to operate independently, prioritize/manage multiple and time sensitive projects simultaneously, and adapt to change in a fast-paced online entertainment environment.
• High level of curiosity to explore the ''why'' behind the data, a passion for all digital experiences, and a commitment to growing and developing as a researcher.
• Strong detail-orientation with strong focus on data accuracy

The Nice-to-Haves
• Knowledge of a 2nd European language desired.
• Passion for entertainment media essential, a love for kids' cartoons is a bonus!
• Familiarity with coding languages like Python or R desired.
