Job Description

Purpose of the role:

Data and Insights is responsible to help the internal partners to be more efficient. The data team takes care of the automations, thus helping the areas to save time to make more Insights and thus bringing more relevance to the business. Your responsibility will be to maintain and accelerate automation projects, in addition to creating business value.

Responsibilities:
• Maintenance of the current data environment.
• Create and develop data models to optimize the access to it.
• Improve the data with the practice of harmonization, quality assurance and a solid structure.
• Maintaining data capability roadmaps.
• Reports automatization (focus on eliminate manual process)
• Solving complexing problems with storytelling that helps the customers.
• Maintain, monitor, and improve regular reports for multiple stakeholders.

The Essentials
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, etc;
• Advanced English or Spanish;
• Experience with: Data Modeling; SQL Tools (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Mysql, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and AWS Plataform (S3, Data Lake, Lambda, EC2, RDS, Glue, Athena);
• Desirable to know Data Visualization platform (Power BI, Tableau or other), Machine Learning modelling and Advanced Analytics
• Problem Solving Skills
• Advocate of agile/lean delivery methodologies
• Ability to be focused and have strong analysis skills
• Ability to create healthy interpersonal relationships
