Contract Administrator (Temporary)

The Job
This position is responsible for performing tasks, or providing support with tasks such as: review of service contracts, rate calculations, loading information into systems, database maintenance, coordination with Sales, Accounting and support to the Legal team in drafting legal documents, contacting clients requesting reports and general information, preparing reports and presentations among others.
It is a temporary position for 12 months initially.
The Essentials
Preferred, but not required if you have relevant experience greater than 3 years: Graduates of business administration, law or other related careers.
Minimum 2 years of general work experience in tasks associated with customer service, administrative positions, among others.
Advanced English
Advanced Excel skills
Communication skills, data analysis skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
An intermediate level of Portuguese is desirable.
The Nice to Haves
Data Entry, reading, editing and validating contracts, preparing legal letters, maintenance, development and testing of systems, assisting with loading contracts into a system, processing equipment shipments into a database, communicating via telephone and email with internal and external customers.
