The Job
WarnerMedia seeks a CMDB Analyst for the IT Svc Mgmt Ops Svcs department. This is a position on the Service Management Platform team responsible for maintaining the WarnerMedia CMDB within ServiceNow.

The CMDB Analyst should have a strong background with ServiceNow and the ServiceNow CMDB. The CMDB Analyst will provide process recommendations, governance for the CMDB, and help automate the Configuration Management process in the enterprise.

The Daily
• Performing operational activities as defined by Configuration Management policies and procedures
• Fulfilling service requests and incidents as assigned
• Engaging with strategic projects to ensure the CMDB can deliver required functionality within project time frames
• Collecting and reporting on metrics as required
• Identifying and reporting on CMDB noncompliance situations
• Performing CMDB audits as directed
• Identifying service improvement opportunities
• Import and configure transform maps as required

The Essentials
• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in a technology centric field) or the equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years working in Systems/Architecture
• 2+ years working with ServiceNow, ServiceNow CMDB, Import Sets and Transform Maps
