Billing Analyst

Job Description

The Senior Billing Analyst is responsible for running invoicing processes for LatAm business units, reviewing and reconciling any differences that might appear. Invoicing is run both by Interface between CRM and Invoicing systems and Manually (directly at invoicing system). Is also responsible for the distribution/publication of those invoices, making them available to the customer.
The Senior Analyst is expected to provide a high quality, timely completion of work and efficient processes for proper accounting of the organization revenues.
This position is responsible for monitoring periodically (weekly/monthly) the CRM systems to review what is pending to be invoiced, coordinating with other departments to ensure sales are accurately billed, compliance with reporting and month-end deadlines, performing controls over operational procedures.
Monitor self and team key process indicators and propose corrective actions to Manager when deviations are noticed.
The Senior Analyst must regularly handle multiple responsibilities, including training and daily operation support to the team, participating in company projects and initiatives with tight deadlines.

Essential Requirement Skills:

Years of experience: 2-3 years in a similar position in a Multinational Company or at least 3-4 years working in a Multinational Comp.
Degree or equivalent experience in or last year Student: Accounting and/or CPA, Business Administration, Economics, and/or related Degrees.
Fluent in English (Intermediate Level) oral and written.
Above average skills in Proactivity and Teamwork.
Above average skills in Flexibility, Adaptability, Ownership and Accountability.
Broad knowledge and experience in Excel and Reporting tools.
Above average skills in Communications and Client Service.

Experience in ERP Systems like SAP or Oracle.
General knowledge of US GAAP and Taxation
Other: Have a flare for numbers, work with people and a very positive work attitude.
General skills in ERP Systems like SAP or Oracle.

Desirable Requirement Skills:

Experience in B2C Services.

Experience in Shared Services.

Fluent in Portuguese will be considered a Plus
