The Job

The Associate Performance Marketing will implement the paid media strategy for Video, Display, Mobile, Audio, Connected TV, etc. across the acquisition campaigns to drive quality subscribers and revenue generation. In this role, the Associate Performance will execute campaigns across paid media platforms including campaign creation, forecasting, budgeting and pacing, testing and optimization. This is a highly collaborative role that will partner across multiple groups within HBO Max Latam.

The Daily
• Implement lower funnel campaign strategy and driving in-platform execution across all Paid Media partners (Google, Amazon, Spotify, Teads, In-App/Mobile partners, etc.)
• Analyze performance to make optimization recommendations of campaigns and ideate test strategies to inform future decisions.
• Assist with all executional aspects of the performance campaign processes; tagging recommendations; console setup; delivery management (pacing, budget, spend); analysis and reporting.
• Ensure proper execution of performance campaigns and work with Creative Services to request, test, and optimize existing assets based on media insights.
• Support on the execution of A/B tests to drive incremental improvements across all KPIs
• Generate supporting documentation for post-campaign presentations and provide insights to horizontal teams
• Work closely with media partners, agencies, and horizontal teams to identify opportunities; understand their best practices and recommendations for the improvement of paid social at HBO Max.

The Essentials
• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years of experience in Display, Search, Paid Social, and/or Mobile programmatic media buying.
• 2+ years of experience in Performance campaigns (ecommerce, lower funnel, remarketing, etc.)
• Demonstrable knowledge of display/social/video advertising, desire but not limitative in programmatic, real-time bidding, DSP platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies.
• Strategic, tactical, and digital marketing expertise with a mix of paid media partners.
• A strong passion for problem solving and innovation.
• Strong aptitude for numerical detail and analysis.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills are essential, Macros & SQL capabilities are a plus.
• Experience working in a highly fast-paced environment, being accountable and learning from mistakes.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
