Job Description
Your New Role…

The VP, Social Creative Strategy will lead a team within the Warner Bros. Digital Marketing group responsible for the day-to-day brand and community management across all WB theatrical channels.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Brand and Community Management Across all WB social platforms (TikTok, Meta, Twitter, Snap, YouTube, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms)
• Development of best-in-class social campaigns - building strategic and innovative plans to deliver performance based results
• Working closely with teams across the organization including Creative, Media, and Research and Analytics
• Trafficking all digital creative assets (social toolkits, digital banners, email creative, official film websites)
• Monitoring the latest social media trends / working to engage with audiences in new ways
• Social innovation and creative integration within paid social planning (Content Debuts, TikTok Challenges, Livestreams, etc.)
• Creating a framework for paid social KPIs, goals, and attribution for success
• Presenting to leadership and cross-functional partners campaign social calendar and results regularly

Qualifications & Experience…
• Minimum 8 years professional experience required in film marketing, new media/online or technology marketing
• Must have extensive experience in social media
• Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field required
• Must have a high degree of motivation and work well both as an individual and within team environment and a track record of early technology adoption
• Ability to understand customer needs and identify emerging needs that can be solved using social networking
• Understand technology trends as it relates to social media
• Strong organizational skills required to effectively manage multiple projects at a time
• Ability to proactively identify and pursue opportunities for business process improvement
• Ability to interact diplomatically with clients at various levels within our partner companies
• Ability to interact internally/externally on a daily basis to achieve overall goals and initiatives
• Must have experience managing teams/people
• Ability to prepare ongoing activity and status reports regarding campaign activities
• Must have excellent communication, negotiation, & analytical skills
• Must have solid working knowledge of marketing, strategic planning, and financial & competitive analysis
• Must have ability to use PC, MAC & related software, including Outlook, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $197,050.00 - $365,950.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
