Your New Role:

Maintaining the company's vendor global databases (US, LATAM, Europe and Asia)

Candidates in this position will work a shift schedule of 2pm to 11pm IST from Dec 2023 to April 2024

Responsibilities Include:
• Review/approve vendors for US, EMEA and APAC (40%)
• Set-up vendors for LATAM (30%)
• Special/urgent requests, projects, etc. (20%)
• Reporting (10%)

It is essential that the successful candidate has:
• General knowledge of business/commercial processes (purchase, invoicing, payments, taxes, etc.).
• Ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to the data quality. Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
• Ensures quality of master data in key systems, as well as development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
• Review of Active/Inactive Vendor data on a half year basis
• Resolve incomplete or erroneous vendor information in coordination with the business requestor.
• Establish strong relationships with Procurement and Payable team members to ensure understanding and consistent execution of vendor maintenance policies and changing business

requirements are identified and incorporated.
• Commerce Graduate or CA Inter with 6-8 years of related experience.
• Able to work as per our shift schedule, 2pm to 11pm (from Dec 2023 to April 2024)

Preferred Skills:
• ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Ariba) is preferred
• Knowledge of MS office tools
• English Skills (Advanced or Bilingual). Encouraged to speak frequently and fluently.
• Open to work in EMEA/US time zones
