Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Technical Manager to lead a team of engineers in developing cutting-edge privacy solutions using APIs, AI, and cloud-based technologies. This role is ideal for a technical leader who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, providing strategic guidance, technical oversight, and hands-on support. You will be responsible for code and architecture reviews, team coordination, and managing large-scale multi-stream initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Project Management
• Brand Onboarding: Oversee the seamless integration of brands into the Privacy Automation Solution, tailoring strategies to their specific needs.
• Hollywood API Integration: Provide technical leadership and support for brands integrating the Hollywood API, ensuring smooth implementation and troubleshooting issues.
• Privacy Data Management: Lead the development and automation of:
• Data tracking, auditing, and asset scanning
• Data mapping, lineage, cataloging, and tagging
• CMDB refinement for enhanced data governance
• Leveraging LLMs (Large Language Models) to extract insights from unstructured data
Strategy & Leadership
• Partner with key stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Oversee the design, testing, and deployment of technical solutions that power Global Privacy Services (GPS).
• Provide clear, structured technical guidance, offering strategic solutions to complex challenges.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation and strategy presentations.
• Manage team interactions across large, multi-stream initiatives to ensure seamless collaboration.
Data & Analytics
• Conduct in-depth performance analysis of technical processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders to stay ahead of major projects and initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in software development, technical management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, leading agile development teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in developing and scaling complex software systems.
• Proficiency with modern development tools (IDEs, version control, CI/CD pipelines, etc.).
• Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions while maintaining a high-level strategic vision.
• Exceptional team leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
Technical Expertise:
• Modern Development Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends in software development and cloud technologies.
• CI/CD Implementation: Manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines for streamlined software delivery.
• Systems Architecture: Design and optimize scalable, high-performance architectures.
• Programming Languages: Proficient in at least two of the following: Node.js, Python, Java.
• Database Development: Expertise in designing and managing databases for effective data handling.
• Systems Integration: Skilled in integrating complex systems and APIs seamlessly.
