Job Description
Your Role...
The Technical Analyst will provide day-to-day application support to business applications, off-the-shelf, custom, thick client, web, and mobile applications. This position will collaborate and coordinate internal and external technical and non-technical resources to deliver support and project tasks. This position also supports and improves business processes and application use.

This role is a technically hands on role, providing database, server, application, and interface development configuration, administration, and support for all applications within the Global Operations Technology portfolio. Additionally, to respond in off-hours to lead resolution of critical system incidents and outages. The role requires good Client Relationship Management skills, as well as an excellent understanding of application infrastructure and system integrations.

The role achieves goals by troubleshooting and resolving incidents, implementing mitigating procedures to avoid re-occurrence, adhering to standard operating procedures, implementing efficiencies in day-to-day ticket management procedures and providing technical expertise (when requested) for project and enhancement work.

The role requires working within the Operational Support Division team, including WB employees, Independent Contractors, on & off shore Support Partners, Vendors, and all types of external technology resources. Collaboration with other supporting WB Technology shared resources and business unit resources is essential.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Responsible to understand business processes and effectively apply them to appropriate application and technical solution
• Training of employees on application use, functionality, data quality and reporting and help them resolve application issues
• Management of relationship business partners, internal and external technology partners, and vendors
• Analysis and implementation of best practice business processes aligned with the correct technology and tools
• Build and create a knowledge base; ensure other IT team members are informed and educated
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand team needs and dependencies to better align business processes
• Timely resolution of user requests and technology issues
• Produce organized and informative system documentation, including details of application configuration and installation and client infrastructure
• Monitor routine and critical processes and workflows and proactively identify problem trends
• Conduct application testing, build test plans and scripts, support client application testing, and collect and summarize test data

Qualifications & Experiences...
• HD Diploma/HS diploma required; BS/BA degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years working with Studio Operations applications (Xytech required and Planon and RTPro are a plus)
• 2+ years of prior experience in a related industry (media, entertainment, business development or streaming services industry experience a plus)
• Minimum 2 years of application testing a plus
• Experience with XML, Scripting, and SQL a plus
• Experience working in a national or global company
• Some visualization tool knowledge would be helpful (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)
*This is a hybrid role. Must be flexible to work 3 days per week onsite at our Burbank office.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $83,090.00 - $154,310.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
