Job Description
Your New Role...This position is for Tax Manager needed on the WBD Discovery Tax Provision Team. The position will oversee mostly non-US components of WBD Tax Provision as well as components of WM worldwide consolidation. This role requires someone who is detailed oriented & enjoys working with both US & non-US tax team members. The role is very collaborative & requires strong communication skills. The position is also deadline driven since its directly tied to the provision process. At Warner Bros. Discovery, we work a hybrid work schedule requiring 3 days a week in the office.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Manage quarterly & annual provision process for significant volume of non-US entities
• Serve as the main contact with foreign tax teams & coordinate with them on completion of quarterly & annual foreign tax packages
• Review of foreign quarterly & annual tax provisions. Follow-up/coordinate with foreign teams on open issues
• Serve as owner of OneSource Tax Provision. Maintain & oversee all data requirements for existing & new entities within OneSource Tax Provision
• Manage improvements to OTP and the process on go forward basis
• Coordinate compilation & reconciliation of quarterly & annual actual provision results
• Coordinate with Accounting where necessary regarding topside adjustments, etc related to foreign entities
• Other special projects between quarters including UTP and VA review, cash tax forecast, tracking of monthly cash tax actuals, etc.
Qualifications & Experience...
• CPA & Masters of Tax are preferred
• Minimum 7 years of corporate tax experience including several years of tax provision experience, preferably with non-US entities
• Mix of Public/Industry experience preferred
• Experience with OneSource Tax Provision & OneSource, and Workpapers is a plus
• Strong knowledge of excel required

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $95,550.00 - $177,450.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
