Job Description
The Systems Analyst will provide exceptional support for Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence. This role will focus on maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing our project management and collaboration platforms to ensure seamless operations and drive productivity across the organization.
Your Role Accountabilities:
OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Administration and Support: Manage and administer Jira and Confluence instances, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility.
• Customization: Configure and customize Jira workflows, fields, screens, and Confluence spaces to meet business requirements.
• User Training: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate users on best practices and tool functionalities.
• Integration: Integrate Atlassian tools with other enterprise systems and applications, ensuring data consistency and workflow automation.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Jira and Confluence, providing timely support to users.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, user guides, and support procedures.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance system usability and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experiences:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of p roven experience in administering and supporting Jira and Confluence within a dynamic organization.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring Jira and Confluence, including creating custom workflows, spaces, and templates.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Not Required but preferred experience:
• Previous experience in a similar industry or domain.
• Knowledge of and passion for media, entertainment, and technology industries (including key players, growth trends and drivers, new media models, industry structure, etc.)
• Experience working in a national or global company
• Some visualization tool knowledge would be helpful ( i.e. Tableau, Power BI)
• Comfortable in working in highly iterative and somewhat unstructured environment
