Staff, Worker Experience (EC/Content) Architect

The Staff, Worker Experience Architect (EC/ Content) role will be a key player in the Service Management department, focusing on optimizing user experience for content navigation and discovery within the ServiceNow Employee Center Pro. This role is crucial for advancing content accessibility and search functionality applying advanced web design and AI-driven search optimization techniques. Based in Hyderabad, you will report directly to the Sr. Dir,Platform Architecture and will work closely with the Product Management management team . Your main responsibilities will include enhancing the taxonomy, topic pages, and UI/UX design layers, along with refining the AI Search capabilities to improve content discovery and user engagement , surfacing user engagement through web analytics . Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be vital to ensure that the solutions align with business objectives and enhance overall service delivery .
Your Role Accountabilities:

Web Design & User Experience Enhancement
• Apply expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS to advise on crafting outstanding web designs and improve user interaction within the Employee Center Pro.
• Innovate the presentation layer to make information more accessible and engaging for users taking advantage of core platform features
• Ensure designs and enhancements comply with web standards and are optimized for performance and accessibility.
AI Search Optimization
• Lead the design and implementation of AI-enhanced search functionalities, ensuring optimal search accuracy and efficiency within the ServiceNow environment.
• Continuously test and refine search configuration to align with the evolving content and user feedback, ensuring high relevance and precision in search results.
Web Analytics and User Feedback Integration
• Utilize platform web analytics tools to track user interactions and engagement, translating data into actionable insights to further refine user experience and content accessibility.
• Regularly continuously improve the content discovery process and overall usability of the Employee Center Pro.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
• Collaborate and partner with Product management to under stakeholder requirements and feedback on the Employee Center and Content Publishing
• Serve as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective project outcomes.

Qualifications & Experiences:
• 7 + years' experience in web design and development with a proven portfolio in designing user-centric web applications.
• Deep expertise in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like AngularJS.
• Strong understanding of web analytics, SEO principles, and their application in a corporate environment.
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly with Employee Center Pro, including its taxonomy, topic pages, and content strategies.
• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design , User Experience, Information Technology, or a related field.
Not Required but P referred E xperience:
• Certification in UX Design (e.g., Certified User Experience Designer).
• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction).
• Previous experience in a global corporate environment, particularly in roles involving cross-functional collaboration.
