Job Description
Staff Technical Program Manager (Observability)
Meet Our Team: Software engineering teams in WBD's Direct-to-consumer (DTC) division build and deliver applications and services powering the customer experience of products such as MAX, which run on connected TVs, set-top boxes, smartphones, tablets, consoles, PCs, and other streaming devices.
DTC's Observability teams are responsible for unifying operationally relevant data within WBD's technical ecosystem - distilling it into navigable, understandable, and actionable insights for our colleagues in the broader WBD Engineering community. We design the systems which ingest, process, retain, measure, analyze, and visualize the clues in hundreds of terabytes of event logs, metrics, distributed traces, and catalog data every single day. We provide solutions to help more effectively operate our streaming products and services at scale.

• Execution: You get a lot done and you make others around you more productive. You have a companywide view of how your programs or projects impact the bottom line and you constantly think about how to improve our ability to deliver large projects.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between the Product team and other engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Operations: You apply processes and standards thoughtfully with bias towards automation, identifying the right amount of process and structure to achieve the correct outcome with the least overhead.

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, team members, and external partners. Act as a trusted advisor to the engineering team and provide guidance on operational matters.
• Communication: Your written and verbal communication skills are exemplary, concise and to the point, making you the initial point of contact for business and technical stakeholders. You are the point of contact for data related to your product, services, and features
