Job Description
Staff Product Manager, Technical (PM-T) – Content Intelligence
Role Description:
Content Intelligence team is seeking a Staff-level Technical Product Manager (PMT) to support the execution of AI/ML capabilities that power global content workflows. This role focuses on language localization (e.g., captioning, subtitling, translation, dubbing) and video understanding use cases (e.g., scene detection, metadata tagging, ad/binge marker detection)
This is a highly execution-focused role. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working closely with engineering and program management, and experienced in writing clear product requirements for AI/ML systems or backend platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with engineering and program managers to support execution across sprint cycles, including backlog grooming, story writing, and feature clarification.
• Write product requirement documents (PRDs) and define detailed functional and technical specifications for features supporting localization workflows and video AI systems.
• Facilitate near-term roadmap coordination with partner engineering teams.
• Define and track metrics to evaluate AI model performance, post-edit efficiency, and system-level impact.
• Partner with product data science to support experimentation, including aligning hypotheses, metrics, and interpreting results to inform product decisions.
• Work with engineering and system architects to define integration requirements across adjacent systems including order management and editorial tools.
• Assist in evaluating the impact of feature changes within supply chain systems on AI/ML pipelines, and work with partner teams to scope dependencies and downstream effects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across content operations, marketing, and cross-functional tech teams to gather requirements and incorporate feedback. Effectively communicate and manage the uncertainty inherent in AI/ML experimentation.
• Partner with editorial teams to ensure Human in the loop feedback mechanisms align with model training and evaluation objectives.
• Directly support product operations, including triaging user feedback and product bugs, and working with engineering and program management to prioritize fixes and improvements.
Required Qualifications:
• 10–15 years of product management experience, including experience as a technical PM.
• Strong experience writing PRDs, defining features, and working with engineering through agile sprint processes.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, including deep learning and large language models, in a production environment
• Experience working on machine learning systems deployed on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, especially those involving human-in-the-loop workflows or post-processing pipelines.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple feature tracks and document decisions clearly.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with language AI (e.g., ASR, translation, TTS) and/or video AI (e.g., scene segmentation, OCR, metadata tagging).
• Comfortable working with model evaluation metrics such as precision and recall.
