Staff Product Manager

Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to drive data & analytics initiatives within the Tech
organization. As a Staff Product Manager, you will work closely with data science, design, engineering, and partner product teams to ideate & build content metadata enrichment strategies aimed to increase subscriber acquisition and retention for the Max streaming service. This is a high visibility role that requires excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization, and stakeholder management across multiple business teams. You will collaborate closely with partners to design, prioritize, and launch critical data solutions globally.

Responsibilities
• Become a content metadata subject matter expert, understanding how 1 st and 3 rd content metadata impacts and influences content intelligence analytics, content cost evaluation and data sciences.
• Define and prioritize business requirements consisting of PRFAQs, PRDs, and functional requirements ; and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization from development to launch .
• Drive and prioritize improvements in content metadata data quality , with a focus on business value.
• Develop long term strategies and maintain a data product roadmap.
• Provide knowledgeable feedback in technical discussions about solution design and implementation .

Requirements
• 7-10 years of Project or Product Management experience
• Strong understanding of streaming video marketplace and competitive dynamics
• Experience launching and developing data products and features for a global audience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and present to stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Demonstrate strong ownership to deliver exceptional customer experiences and customer empathy.
• Experience working with and managing the needs of multiple stakeholders and business teams.
• Experience driving clarity in ambiguous situations and drive forward progress.
• Experience with data analysis and driving insights and making business decisions through data.
