Position Summary
Warner Bros. Discovery is looking for a S taff Product Manager to help prioritize and oversee product strategy and execution pertaining to identity and ac tivation for the Max and discovery+ streaming apps .
In this key connecting role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and a cross-functional team
of d esigners , t echnical p rogram managers, and e ngineers to drive new features and improvements which aim to remove customer frustration and pain points related to user identity, sign - in / activation, and customer service touchpoints across our portfolio of supported devices and platforms.
You have strong collaboration and analytical skills. You are an effective cross-functional team leader who can drive the successful implementation and delivery of initiatives that span multiple teams . You have str ong pr oduct sense, as well as organizational and problem-solving skills. You are experienced and comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing without authority . You know what good looks like.
Responsibilities
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert on matters pertaining to user identity and a ctivation .
• Flex to support new, strategic initiatives
of importance to the team , driv ing clarity from ambiguity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create product requirements that balance business goals with customer experience .
• Develop, c ommunicate , and measure
objectives and key results.
• Lead discovery in your product area, collaborating with r esearch, c ustomer s upport and p roduct d esign teams to unearth customer problems.
• Define and execute A/B tests to validate customer experience improvements and new features .
• Collaborate with product designers to develop best-in-class user flows.
• Develop relationships with key technical teams and business counterparts within Warner Bros Discovery , including distribution, legal, marketing, and c ustomer experience to ensure platform guidelines, requirements and updates are communicated with an understanding of potential roadmap impact.
• Be the customer expert and identify and solve customer problems; be fully knowledgeable of pain points experienced by customers and work with the team to find
opportunities for improvement.
• Help identify
opportunities to drive down customer support contacts.
• Own continuous reporting on performance, including post-product release impact reports that lead to actionable plans for further optimization.
Requirements
• 8 + years of product management experience .
• Detailed knowledge of popular subscription streaming services and the competitive landscape .
• E xperience launching apps / features
on partner platforms .
• Proven track record
of understanding product growth and developing strategic roadmaps .
• Solid toolkit of product discovery techniques to drive continuous improvement of the experience .
• High comfort level in analytics and generating business insights from data trends and user research .
• Direct experience utilizing A/B testing to inform product direction.
• Proven experience in planning and prioritization of features .
• Demonstrated ability to create detailed and actionable product documentation and artifacts .
• Emotional intelligence and leadership skills to influence
outcomes, while building a culture of teamwork and inclusiveness .
• S trong communicat ion with the ability to simplify complex concepts and provide the right level of detail to executive leaders .

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $126,350.00 - $234,650.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
