We tell engaging stories to millions of viewers and we are looking for a Program Manager to join the streaming DTC Product Operations Translations Team for our suite of products.

Position Summary

The Staff Product Manager - Growth Analytics & Insights will help the WBD Streaming Growth Product team members plan and execute initiatives across multiple WBD Streaming programs. As an embedded Business Analyst, this team member will directly support key daily and weekly business insights used to coordinate, collaborate, and execute against these WBD Streaming programs. They will manage workstreams and milestones independently within the Growth Product team, while also partnering closely with Analytics and Engineering team members to support the WBD Streaming initiatives. To do so, they will effectively collaborate across disciplines in a matrixed and geographically diverse team.

A successful person in this role will have strong project management, analytical, data, and problem-solving skills. They will communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally. They will build effective and productive relationships by fostering trust and communicating clearly. They will be organized, have a bias to act quickly, enjoy diving into details and data, and be curious to learn all facets of the programs they support. They will also be bold to advise program leadership on what can be improved, what the team needs to thrive, and what activities should be prioritized.

Responsibilities

1. Develop data strategies and data visualizations for optimal KPI reporting.

2. Work with the growth product team and cross-functional stakeholders to refine data strategy, surface key insights to better engage current consumers, as well as attract and retain new customers.

3. Prepare and publish monthly DTC KPI's and deliver actionable and timely ad-hoc analysis and reporting to help drive informed decision making, including test and learn initiatives.

4. Ensure each Growth Product team member has the information needed to effectively deliver their key priorities.

5. Foster effective collaboration and systems that help teams execute both internally and with other stakeholders

6. Work with team members to identify risks and opportunities across multiple programs

7. Develop relationships with other Program Managers and Technical Program Managers, to drive alignment and identify and raise risks early and often

Requirements

1. 5+ years' experience as a data analyst or data scientist within a technology or digital organization.

2. Experience contributing to valued roles on high profile, multi-faceted products

3. Experience delivering all phases of a project, including planning, design, development, and implementation

4. Experience building and presenting status updates and recommendations to share with senior leadership

5. Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with c-suite presentations a plus.

7. Strong attention to detail and a high-degree of follow-through

8. A love of working closely with others to empower them to excel

9. Curiosity and a willingness to learn from mistakes and from others

10. Experience with Looker a plus.
