Your Role Accountabilities:
Integration & Production Support – Daily Time Spent on Task: 25%
• Monitor Service Now queue ESS P&C - SAP HCM for incidents, tasks, and enhancements related to active integrations.
• Oversee integrations between Workday, Legacy DSC SAP, WBD S4 SAP, and other third-party systems .
• Conduct daily and weekly reviews of integration errors and user hierarchy issues across platforms.
• Perform manual hires and updates in SAP systems for external workers and Eurosport users.
• Manage P GP encryption keys and support GDPR automated data deletion processes.
Data Management & Optimization – Daily Time Spent on Task: 20%
• Configure SAP HR for new company codes in Legacy DSC and S4 environments.
• Maintain documentation and procedures on SAP HCM SharePoint sites.
• Analyze bank requirements for new countries and support Concur payment issues.
Operational Excellence – Daily Time Spent on Task: 20%
• Conduct SAP job scheduling and user access reviews, including SAP Firefighter access and log reviews.
• Respond to Onspring audit requests and coordinate with HR tech resources.
• Validate position and employee data loads during S4 project cutovers and go-lives.
• Coordinate with Beeline team for external worker updates and transitions.
• Create test users in S4 lower environments for SAP Security and Training teams.
Stakeholder Engagement – Daily Time Spent on Task: 20%
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to resolve data issues and support system access.
• Liaise with SAP Security teams to address access and configuration needs.
• Support Capex time entry, Apex, Ariba, and SRM structure or access issues across SAP platforms.
• Facilitate contract renewals and resource tracking for external workers
• Engage with Eurosport and TVN teams for ADP support and contractor access.
Governance & Reporting – Daily Time Spent on Task: 15%
• Participate in weekly SAP governance meetings and biweekly ABAP development reviews.
• Run special reports out of DSC SAP and support monthly Orgvue current state refresh.
• Maintain HR certification tracking and validate user access based on activity.
• Analyze bank requirements for new countries and support Concur payment issues.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and audit requirements.
Qualifications & Experiences:
• 5 to 7 years of experience in manag ing the end-to-end processes and support of key functional areas within SAP HCM or related fields.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex integration solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science , Information Technology, or a related field.
Not Required but preferred experience:
• SAP HCM Integration certification or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud-based HR systems, particularly SAP HCM & Beeline
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
