Job Description
As a Sr. Staff Architect for O365, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Office 365 solutions that meet our clients' complex business requirements. You will be responsible for gu iding the technical strategy, improving the O365 architecture, and ensuring the delivery of cut ting-edge, s calable, and secure solutions.
Your Role Accountabilities :
OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance and direction to technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of O365 solutions.
• Solution Design: Architect comprehensive O365 solutions that address business problems, operational challenges, and strategic goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other architects to ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of new O365 features, functionalities, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with O365 implementations, ensuring robust security and compliance frameworks.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and guidelines.
• Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior architects and technical staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
STRATEGY
• Developing and implementing strategies for the deployment and adoption of Office 365 services.
• Advising on best practices and potential improvements to Office 365 service utilization .
• Collaborating with other IT teams to align Office 365 services with broader organizational goals.
ANALYTICS
• Analyzing and reporting on Office 365 service usage and performance.
• Identifying trends and insights to inform decision-making related to Office 365 services.
• Supporting the optimization of Office 365 services based on data-driven findings.

Qualifications & Experiences:
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 2 years of experience in IT architecture, with a minimum of 5 years specifically focused on Office 365 and related technologies.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in O365, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams, and other Microsoft cloud services.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with IT security to ensure the security and compliance of the Office 365 environment.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of Office 365 updates and changes
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Experience working in a global company
Not Required but preferred experience:
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, are highly desirable.
