Your New Role...

Global Privacy Services is a centralized team of privacy professionals who work alongside lawyers, product and data teams to drive compliance across the entire enterprise. The team provides services under five core functions: Privacy Operations, Compliance and Assurance, Privacy Data Governance, Privacy Service Center, and Compliance Projects.
We are currently seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead diverse data privacy projects across WBD, as well as internal PMO responsibilities for Global Privacy Services.

This role will report to the Director, Privacy Compliance Projects, and partner closely with functional leaders in Legal, Technology, and various WBD business units across the company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong consultant or program manager skilled in change management and project methodologies, who wants to challenge themselves in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Manage Privacy Projects from inception to delivery
• Create and manage detailed project plans, budgets and schedules
• Lead end to end workstreams on large scale compliance efforts e.g. CPRA
• Chair large scale project meetings across all levels of stakeholders
• Plan, design and run effective workshops
• Partner with privacy lawyers to prioritize roadmaps and manage work to completion
• Collaborate with product teams, data engineers, brands and compliance teams to drive change
• Develop change management strategies that enable the completion of project goals
• Run the PMO for Global Privacy Services
• Track the portfolio of projects across Global Privacy Services
• Generate high quality presentations summarizing complex issues for executive review
• Enable diverse Privacy Initiatives
• Complete discovery work to quickly define scope for compliance remediation work
• Drive global harmonization initiatives across regional variations and legacy businesses
• Recommend and plan remediations for data privacy risks, including company assets including enterprise systems, websites, games and mobile apps
• Drive business engagement through effective communication and training

Qualifications & Experiences...
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Project management training or certification (e.g. PMI) preferred
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, and tools, and experience managing projects end to end required
• Minimum 5 years program management experience required
• Knowledge of privacy laws and regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
• Experience managing international projects with multiple workstreams
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Project)

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $126,350.00 - $234,650.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
