Your New Role…

WBD is excited to announce that we're recruiting a Sr Program Manager as part of the central Subscription and Monetization operations team (Sumo team) based in the US, preferably on the east coast.

As a Sr. Program Manager on the Sumo team, you will work in close collaboration with our Product and Design teams: Engineering and Client teams; Marketing and Growth teams and Legal teams to ensure the company's global D2C subscription and monetization strategy is correctly implemented. As a member of the Sumo team you are fiscally responsible to the business, yet considerate to our existing customers–ensuring they aren't negatively affected due to a pricing or content packaging change.

The Sumo team is a global team within the company's D2C product operations team and your area of responsibility will be to manage subscription and monetization operations within the AMER markets. Ultimately, the team is responsible for customers getting the correct price and content offering on our D2C services.

Sr. Director and parts of the Sumo team are located in a central European time zone, as such this Sr. Program Manager position is crucial in keeping the work day coverage with Global Product and Design and Product Operations leadership on the US West Coast. This position will also have one or two program managers reporting into it.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Setup and support marketing, affiliate and talent related voucher campaigns
• Create new price plans and manage all existing and legacy price plans in WBD's own platform for web/direct customers
• Create new price plans and manage all existing and legacy price plans on all mobile and HWA IAP platforms; App store connect, Google play console, Amazon developer portal, Roku, Samsung and Vizio
• Work with and support product managers and engineers on launching new subscription and monetization related initiatives and new markets, and program manage and lead such initiatives for the Sumo team
• Continual collaboration with stakeholders (both internal and external) to identify, manage and resolve dependencies or blockers
• Create new and manage the teams existing wiki pages documenting all the team's various workflows
• Work with and support engineering teams and customer service teams in troubleshooting customer issues related to the Sumo team's subscriptions and monetization operation work
• Manage free and VIP access to the company's D2C services for internal staff and external partners
• Participate in UAT across various platforms
• Managing the workload of 1-2 program managers

Qualifications & Experience...
• Experience working on an enterprise-level CMS
• Experience on working on high-traffic platforms and websites
• Experience with various operational workstreams of a streaming service or similar
• At least 5 years operational experience within subscription and monetization related D2C services
• Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to self-organize, take ownership of a project/task and drive it through to completion
• Able to build strong relationships with team members in our US based locations but also in our other regional offices around the world
• Able to plan workloads and work towards tight deadlines
• Proven ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of flexibility and a positive approach
• Strong customer service ethos, committed to quality, with the will and enthusiasm to drive improvements
• Ability to identify and manage risk throughout a project/initiative–escalating and resolving issues as they happen

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $104,300.00 - $193,700.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
