GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Concept + Design Studio is the full-service in-house partner for all things creative within Marketing's Global Brand & Creative, DTC, at Warner Bros. Discovery. Our work spans four teams and encompasses brand identity, campaigns, toolkits, key art, OOH, motion graphics, and print and digital design. Together, we create and translate the brand for any medium to best serve our stories.

We are seeking a meticulous Senior Production Artist with senior creative technical skills and a keen eye for design. As part of the Content Creative & Finishing team, the Senior Production Artist will be immersed in an engaging, fast-paced environment to help deliver designs that stay true to the brand. They will lead the finishing and production of assets, large complex campaign deliverables - including but not limited to key art - to ensure brand standards across color, font, finishing and production quality, and more. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead on large complex campaign deliverables
• Serve as the final checkpoint in the creative design process
• Adapt creative concept layouts - scaling, cropping, retouch, or changing layout - as defined by business partners
• Present well thought out solutions based on creative feedback
• Be technical production lead
• Teach and share knowledge with other production artists
• Apply finishing touches such as building background bleed for print purposes or reconfiguring the orientation of a title treatment from vertical to horizontal
• Work closely with a Senior Art Director and a Copy editor to review copy, layouts, and content in print or digital form, and provide design solutions
• Use software to create or tweak key art files in print or digital form
• Deliver flawless deliverables
• Maintains consistency
• Receptive to creative direction for assigned projects
• Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and software
• Teach and share knowledge with other production artists
• Assist in maintaining production artist guides and internal best practices documentation

REQUIREMENTS
• 10+ years of experience working in-house or at an agency
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Excellent communication skills
• Impressive portfolio showing breadth of work - digital and print
• Takes initiative and thrives in a high-pressure, highly dynamic environment
• Problem solver and detail oriented
